“Found a way to repair the issue for $300 rather than replace the entire exhaust system which some other shops had suggested. I appreciate their integrity and will use them again.”

“I travel all over Atlantic Canada in a tiny home on wheels. Due to a tire rotation mistake by a completely different shop in a different town, I found myself suddenly in need of tires. The first place was overbooked but they referred me to Coast. They were completely booked as well but they took the time to ask me what what was happening. When they realized how stuck I was they suggested I stick around and thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. They were very thorough and asked me about a number of things with my vehicle, thankfully all stuff that I was aware of and had a plan in place for those things. The gal out front was super sweet. She made sure I understood the options and the mechanic was lovely as well. Just nice real people who treated me the in informative, polite, helpful ways. When I go to a new garage I usually expect the usual Scare Tactics to get more money out of somebody. That did not happen at all. Every little step come on they asked me what I wanted to do and offered me choices. There was opportunity there for them to take advantage if they wanted to. If they're doing something underhanded, I didn't see any of that. They went out of their way to help us.. and they didn't have to.”

“I drive a 22 ft vehicle. One of my double tires on the back blew out and I showed up at this place without an appointment or anything. I had to wait a little bit for them to fit me in but I was out of there before lunch with a new tire that I felt was more than reasonably priced for the situation. I see a number of people talking about a lack of politeness or whatever and in a job like this in a tire place, even if somebody seemed rude to me I stepped back and go okay how cheerful and polite would I be doing that job right now? Working in a grudge like that is heard grimy difficult work. You're often working in either too much heat not enough heat rain etc. The job is grimy and hard. I don't think I'd be super cheerful.”
