I placed an online order here and it was for the wrong location , I have been trying for 2 days to get it cancelled and refunded and have had 2 customer service reps try to call as well as me with no answer , they tell me only the store can cancel the order yet no one will answer the phone , this is ridiculous

I visited to Walmart yesterday and I am soo happy with the customer service. I appreciates Aaron he setup my internet plan soo professionally. He is great. He is so much patient and provided immense knowledge about the best deal. Good job Aaron.

If the manager sees this post, can you tell your employees this is the second time it has happened? When I ask for help, some young ones put on the iPod and talk. We have to go in front of them and ask the help. I don't know, this is normal in the workplace. I like this Walmart.

I had the greatest customer service experience from a cashier named Ben very friendly and did his job well. makes me want to shop at walmart again after having such a professional experience.

A lot of out of stock products. Produce was mostly garbage and or half rotten. Terrible looking. Countless products without prices displayed. Several parashiable products I purchase at superstore or Sobeys were expired TOMORROW here and not even reduced lol. Products such as Fairlife skim milk nowhere to be seen. I'll never go back here. Is there no management here?

Went to the optometrist for my exam and glasses. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely friendly. They were able to do direct billing which helped me a lot. My glasses were ready when they said they would be and fit perfectly. My first time getting them in Walmart and I will definitely continue with them.

This walmart has only 4 cash registers. For some bright idea, they choose to put the slowest workers at them. I just spent 30 minutes in line. There were only 4 people ahead of me. Ridiculous. Bring back full check outs

Bought food online and used the delivery service, and recieved chicken (raw) which expires in a day or so. Left a review on their site and they denied it (both the review and my word as truth). So...they blocked any negative feedback, especially if it puts them in a bad light, and will not take responsibility for anything...especially food poisoning.

Delivery is real shady, someone keeps cancelling my driver and then I don't get my groceries for hours later if I call. This time called twice and now I have to wait until tomorrow. Extremely shady
