I came in April for wheel alignment. They charged me for the alignment, but the work was never done because the lower ball joints were worn out. But if it was diagnostics, it costs $35, not $100. I advise you to avoid this place.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at auto shop! We got a flat tire on the 101, and we were assisted by Morines which he suggested we come to Andy’s Tire to have our tire replaced. From the moment we walked in the door, the customer service we received was exceptional. Elizabeth and Nicole were absolutely pleasure to speak with, they were able to help us immediately. Justin came in, was honest, pleasant and was able to get the job done efficiently. Our family will continue to use this shop, even though we are coming from Yarmouth. The service is not something you can find often.

Justin, at Andy's Tire in New Minas went the extra mile when I needed a tire replacement. It took much effort on his part to be sure I had the exact replacement. The nearest tire was in Dartmouth, so one of his staff picked it up and brought it back to the shop. Since we were just passing through, and had a late night "blow-out" their responsiveness made it possible to continue on to Halifax for our vacation. Many theanks!

Now THIS is what customer service is all about. I had an extremely stressful day while commuting to work and blowing a tire on the highway and they were more than accommodating to squeeze me in immediately. Each staff member I encountered was very pleasant and friendly, and they were all more than willing to help in any way they could. I have the utmost respect for this auto shop and will be stopping by should I need any future work done, even though I'm from the city! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, they are fantastic. Thanks again guys :)

I was having issues with a tire that randomly decided to go flat due to picking up a screw. The staff here assessed it and fixed it FOR FREE. Great staff, great service.

They were able to straighten my Mercedes rims which were bent really bad. The mechanic who worked on them, Shelby, did a great job.

I’ve been getting my tires changed at Andy’s for the past few years. They’ve always been friendly and helpful! My battery died over the weekend, and VVW wasn’t able to get my vehicle in for over a week (my vehicle requires a new battery to be programmed). I was able to get right into Andy’s this morning, which was such a relief. Justin was so so helpful! They even have massage chairs to use while you wait!

Just thought to drop by to check the pressure in my tires. One seemed to be low and given the choice of just ad air or check for a leak I opted for the latter and sure enough, a nail was the culprit. A short time later I was handed back my keys and as I got to the counter to settle my bill I was told that there is no charge. What an excellent service! ?

They came to us and grabbed the tire and returned back with one to get us home !! Brought tears to my eyes when they said no charge ?

They were awesome! I got booked in on a whim when I needed my tire resealed, they ended up getting me in immediately and at no charge! They were so friendly and the guys at front desk had great humor, I've been telling everyone to go there!

Slow leak, I called Andy's Tire shop that morning at 8am and was told to bring it in, by 9 am it was fixed, no charge. Always excellent service

I had a large bolt in my tire which was going flat. 2 other tire repair places would not even look at my tire as it was lunch time. Andys tire not only got me right in during lunch but would not accept payment for the repair. My family and I would have been stranded without there kind generosity. Thank you so much!
