“Ed, who runs this place, knows everything you could ever know about cars. He and his daughter are kind, professional, and they really seem to care about their customers and our cars. The mechanics were incredibly nice to us and even fixed our broken wipers for free during a storm after closing time. I've had brakes, tires, and my exhaust done there. Highly recommend.”
“We stopped in here yesterday, at closing time, with a tire that was losing pressure. Two other places we tried were closing and couldn't help us. A young man working there fixed the problem. We are very grateful for his help.”
“Had a great experience at Carstar New Minas getting a couple of window chips repaired. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the repairs were done well.”
“I always goto OK Tire for any maintenance I need done on my 03 Mustang Convertible. Very nice people as well! Compared to almost every mechanic shop in the valley these guys are top tier!”
“I brought my car in for a second opinion after a bad experience at another shop. They were able to see me the same day and helped me get things fixed!
I would highly recommend bringing your car here. Everyone that I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I’m really happy to have found a shop I can trust for an honest opinion. This is definitely my new go-to place for car repairs.”
“As a student with little knowledge of cars they treated me with respect and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why it was that way. They were incredibly welcoming and answered all of my questions (even days afterwards). They gave me a comprehensive estimate with options so that I had a say in the process and got exactly what I needed out of their service. Overall great people and good service, would highly recommend!”
