Canadian Tire is a convenient and well-stocked store with a great selection of most items, from seasonal to automotive. It offers lots of sales and has friendly staff. The store is clean and pickup for online orders is super simple and quick. Staff provide good and helpful customer service, including for vehicle maintenance. Some drawbacks are its poor hours of operation, very expensive tires that must be ordered, and a hunting inventory that is sub-par compared to other locations.
Rarely able to make it in, and when i do i dont always find what i am looking for. Most people work until 5pm or later. Hours are not accommodating. Every other store in this area stays open until at least nine.

I had an issue with wood pellets and the manager listened to my concerns. I can see that he has made improvements. He was approachable! Staff have always been very friendly & helpful.

It's well stocked and staff will find out what you need to know or find something if it's not on the floor. You do have to ask for help.
