Had some rust spots on my Jeep wrangler repaired and painted. Looked great at first but less than a year later, it looks worse than before. Still waiting for a reply..... this place used to be great, not sure what happened. Edit: CARSTAR, I'm not refering to the door hinges, they look fine!

Had an accident, was hit twice, insurance sent me here. I’ll just list top 4 issues I had:- Trunk was smashed in and didn’t open right, when I picked it up it was still stuck in and they had to take it back and just bent something to fix it, which feels like a shortcut.- The emblem in the front was cracked and the new one they installed broke and they just left it, had to come back to get a new one put on (which they did).- When I drive over 90 now my entire car shakes and vibrates, and any tight turns my car makes a weird this ‘thud’ noise.- I moved my back seat down and all these broken pieces of plastic felt down that weren’t fixed.It just feels like they didn’t do their best work and some things were rushed or missed entirely.Service: Body & Trim

We had an accident damage repaired here fall 2020.They said they look after their work.Workmanship or poor parts resulted in huge gaps and generally poor fit n finish.Took three reviews to accept, still not great but is what it is.Early in 2021, our windshield washer stopped working.We called, they were far from interested in taking a look at this.Most likely due to the extra work to get close to our satisfaction.So I am here to say, NO they do not look after their work.I guess if they had done it right the first time.....
