Nice clothes. But the workers are kinda prissy. They’ll look at you weird if you shop there and aren’t wearing fancy clothes. They will follow you thought the whole store and immediately take the clothes you have in your hand almost as soon as you pick it off the rack to put in a change room. Without even giving you time to walk around and see more stuff while deciding if you really want what you chose or not which was super awkward. They wouldn’t even let me say no they just took it from me. Again. Nice clothes but it not a great shopping experience. I dread going in there. They should have an option where if you say you’re just browsing after they ask you the first time if you need help that they’ll leave you alone and let you do your thing unless you ask for help again. Very awkward experience. Stop ambushing your customers and taking their stuff out of their hands as soon as they pick it. Sure it’s nice if customers want that but if we say no or look like we don’t want help then don’t keep trying to take it from us.

I usually am very happy shopping here, however the employee working this afternoon chose to not have a mask on. Not a great look in the middle of a pandemic.

My wife absolutely loves the store. I absolutely hate it because my wife always spends money here. I really shouldn't complain too much because the items are relatively nice and fashionable and you can get some pretty good pricing.

I bought a jumpsuit there and they told me only the jewelry was final sale. I changed my mind about the jumpsuit so I go to return it only to be told that the jumpsuits are also final sale when they did not mention this when I bought it. I used to buy a lot from this store but I will never again.

Tonya was amazing! Every item my sister and I picked up she was right there to add it to our change room. Great customer service! There was 1 item they didnt have our size, she gave us a card so we could call later in the week to call and see if she got more in. Their clothes are amazing! It was the only store we went to in the mall haha. Love eclipse! I'm from Edmonton, AB and we don't have one. Tonya made our shopping experience great :)
