“The young man on the cash was friendly and efficient. The installation of self-serve checkouts is wonderful. Having a large amount of items to purchase, and not having to worry about holding up other customers was great.”

“I made a 4 figure order from this company so my review should carry some weight for the average consumer.

A couple of years ago I stumbled across their physical store and ended up spending around $400 on games and accessories. That first visit left a solid impression. Good selection, fair pricing, and everything felt straightforward.

Since I no longer visit the area, any purchase had to be shipped to me, so I was glad they offered that option and handled it properly. When I was ready to get serious about collecting, I reached out with a specific list of what I wanted. We went back and forth over a few days working through condition, pricing, and availability. Communication was consistent and clear the entire time, and nothing felt rushed or pushed.

We eventually came to an agreement that worked, and the shipping side matched the professionalism of the rest of the process. Everything arrived exactly as described, packaged well, and in the condition we discussed. That level of accuracy matters when you are spending that kind of money.

Overall, very professional and easy to deal with. I will be buying from them again”
