Went there for breakfast on Jan 20th 2024 got there at 9 ordered their longhauler breakfast I think that's what ot was called everything including the toast was cold told the waitress nothing was done just ignored then had a different waitress when paying told her and said she wasn't told gave me 5 bucks off was not happy

A very convenient location next to my former employer. It's quite easy to drive in here and get gas when you pay at the pump but it's also easy to be able to go inside and pick up the drinks or snacks do you need. The only complaint that I would say is that sometimes, just sometimes the staff is not nearly as friendly as others. I used to visit this location every day because they were right next door to where I used to work and the staff was always friendly. Sometimes when you win they don't even say hello anymore

I made an error putting my card in the pump. As always that made it impossible to get gas as that will throw you into a loop where your card will not be accepted. There was no call button for assistance. If ever I run into this kind of difficulty it will almost exclusively be at an Irving station. I spent $108.52 at the Ultramarine down the street. Again, as much as possible I avoid Irving. There is always a very good chance that buying gas at Irving will be a very frustrating process

I realized I forgot my wallet at home after filling my tank.. I went in to explain the situation. They will immediately call the police for theft if you leave. They give no option to leave ID or anything else to allow you to go get your wallet. Apparently its a new policy. I don't blame the staff for enforcing it but I am not happy with the policy set by management. I will not go back based on this.

I stopped by this gas station yesterday on New year's Day 2021. the interaction was great although I couldn't find dill pickle chips. today I called back because I left my wallet at one of the gas stations I visited and this is the right place at the right time frame. when I called the lady working was very short and not attentive to my request to look for my wallet. she took 6 seconds after saying she would look and immediately told me there was none. when I asked if she could check under the front counter where I might have dropped it she told me she had a big line of people and that I should try calling back after some time. I waited 20 minutes and called back, I couldn't hear anyone speaking and suddenly the call dropped. I waited 20 more minutes and called back again before I realized she was seeing my number, picking up the phone and putting it back down without answering. I will try calling back from another number but I am extremely disappointed in the interaction. it is currently 4:01pm and I started calling around 3:10. I need to locate my wallet or cancel all of my cards and get new ID's. I would rather not but I live 45 minutes away and it started snowing heavily today. I am quite disappointed that I wasn't aknowledged and that I am now being ignored.

My fleet of 8 vehicles go to Irving complete with Irving cards. I used to work at Irving. I want to like Irving but 90 percent of the time there is something amiss with any of the gas pumps, can't use the airmiles card, no paper for receipt, can't use gas card at pump and have to go in, some pumps aren't working, no window wash, etc. WHY?

This is my main gas station but my biggest problem I have is when I pay at the pump and there is no paper left in the machine for a receipt, I am then told to see cashier for the receipt. I pay at the pump so I don't have to go inside.... this is the second time this week
