The sales clerk that sold my mom the chair was very polite and attentive. That can also be said about the 2 office workers who handled our situation.
However, when we went into Jordans, we went in with the believe that we would purchase a high quality chair. However, that is not what we got. The chair was ordered in October and we waited for it to arrive in the 3 month period it would take to be built with the fabric chosen. It arrived just before the holidays. However, before long, within 2 weeks in having it, the motor stopped working and the piping inside the seat starting poking up (let go). So we called Jordans, they came for the chair and sent it off to be fixed, both motor replacement and fabric. However, it took forever, almost 3 months, with no correspondence. I called, unhappy, and they sent out the floor model for us to use until we got the chair. 3 weeks went by, finally got the chair back and the motor worked, however, the upholstery was not repaired, so, the delivery guys loaded it back on the truck where it was sent to an upholstery guy. We were told that the chair was discontinued so they could not give us a new one and the man would have to take the chair apart to fix the problem. I did not feel like it was a new chair at that point so we received a refund.
Talk about disappointment. Nothing was offered for all the inconvenience, like a store credit or whatever. That was my only issue with the store. We should have received some type of compensation for such a poor experience with a purchase. As I said before, the staff were helpful, I just think we'd have been more aligned to look around and repurchase something else if they had offered us a $100.00 store credit for all the inconvenience. This was for my elderly 81 year old mother who is back to sitting on her old 80s recliner.

We've purchased furniture twice now through Jordan's and both experiences have been good. There was a manufacturing delay for the second item, but we were kept updated through the whole process. The sales associates are very helpful without being pushy, and we've been very happy overall.

We had an excellent experience with Liz at Jordan’s New Minas. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient! We changed our minds, went back and forth and she remained so sweet and nice!

Michelle was absolutely amazing. My wife & I drove from Bridgewater after having heard great things about Jordan's, and in the end we were glad that we had made the commute. We've purchased many furniture pieces at different places throughout the years and I don't believe I've ever taken the time to leave a review. I feel compelled to share how much of a pleasure it was working with Michelle on solutions for our home. I'm not the most passive consumer and Michelle was patient, caring, thoughtful, and a genuine delight to speak with. My family & I will certainly be returning clientele.
