Lost alot of $ in sales today in new minas, 1st of 3 things I picked up had no price and the only way to get one was to stand in line and wait 10-12 people deep. Usually my main Christmas spot to shop, I always shop this late in the year and get great deals. To bad this year my $ will be spent elsewhere. Not enough time in the day to wait 20+ minutes just for a price.

Hannah was working the till the store was not very busy and she was coming over to assist customers with finding items. She did a great job multi tasking and trying to get my loyalty points

I've had to go back after 4 years and revisit my review. There is nothing wrong with the location. There is nothing wrong with the staff or anything like that. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's always a well-kept store.
The reason for reducing my five-star review to a two-star review is the company really doesn't care about fat people anymore. Over the last year or so I've had trouble finding clothes that would fit. I've lost weight so it should be easier but unfortunately this particular store doesn't seem to think that fat people exist anymore. This used to be one of my go-to spots for nice clothing for fat guys. I mean hey I'm a fat man and I need clothes that look nice so I would go here and I would have a great time finding clothes and shoes and underwear and socks and pants and stuff like that but now, I can't. I've dropped several pants sizes so that's not so bad to find but they just limit the size of shirts that they carry these days. I mean today I was lucky to find a whopping three shirts in the entire store that would fit.
I have to sit there and go over every single item searching and hoping that they might have a shirt but apparently fat people don't exist. I was even told by one of the staff members that all the new sizes that are coming into the store, they're not coming in sizes any bigger than a 2x or even a 3x anymore.
It's gotten to the point where I'm going to have to drive 45 minutes or an hour to find clothes because the local retailer that used to have clothes for people that aren't the size of a damn toothpick doesn't think that people outside of a toothpick exist anymore

Best service in town! Recently taking back a winter coat - ie a Christmas gift found to be too small - being somewhat fussy and usually not my favorite pastime, I was greeted by (I think her name was) Christine who took me through 7 jackets ! The final one suited me just fine. Thank you to the employee and to Mark's in general. My go to competent retailer ~~.
