“I've just come home from the Staples store in New Minas. I had a very frustrating issue with me cell phone and was about to lose my mind.The friendly young man in Tech Support with the bright red hair was a lifesaver!! Couldn't thank him enough or recommend him enough. Staples management, hold on to this young employee. He was calm, efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable obviously as he fixed my issue in about 15 minutes. Thank you so much for saving what little I have left of my sanity!!
