“After a forced update for an Epson 4820 Printer the cartridges did not work. Epson forced the printer to tell the memory chip that the ink was not genuine, but it was. Gary went up and beyond today when he helped us solve the problem. We bought another set of cartridges and came home and installed the new ink. It was fixed. Just like that. Gary solved a few headaches today with a printer. Thank you.”
