“I noticed my package had arrived at the Kentville location, but was going to be delayed due to a late departure out of Hamilton (weather - no one's fault) and having missed the truck to go out for delivery for that day. I went to the location to inquire if I could have the package and the staff was incredibly helpful, sifting through the packages to find mine so I could have it. They easily could have told me it wasn't ready, but they went out of their way to help. Great customer service. Much appreciated!”
