Went in with a meile hose. The hose had a crack. The vacuum is only a little over a year old. Not happy.

Excellent service! I had an issue with my Miele vacuum and required a part. The Valley Vacuum team was very responsive and the part was shipped to my home for a quick self-repair (I'm about 100km from their shop). Service & communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend.

I purchased a new vacuum and I am very pleased with the service I received at Valley Vacuums! The salesman had great product knowledge and provided full demonstrations (use, assembly, empty, etc) of all the the vacuums I was considering. Need a vacuum? Needs cleaning supplies? Need repairs to your vacuum? This is the place to go. Nice little locally owned shop with a full stock of parts for most makes and a good selection of vacuums at competitive prices. While in the shop take a look around at the amazing collection of old vacuums the owner has collected. This guy obviously knows vacuums!
