On Aug 9th 2023 our brand new 11,000 KM truck broke down with a major transmission problem. JL Syms was called by On Star for pickup & transport to MacIntyre Chev in Sydney NS. OnStar advised company that owner would be travelling back to dealership with him, but when tow truck arrived truck was loaded then tow truck driver advised owner he would not be able to ride with him as he had brought a friend and only two people were allowed in the cab leaving owner to take a taxi to a motel just 15 minutes after his wife & pets were sent in another taxi. Owner was to be going to dealership not a motel so he could get a courtesy vehicle and bring their necessities back with him as this was the first time in this area for a holiday. Driver was not accommodating & very disrespectful.Not at all a caring business Rate JL Syms 0

I just wanted to say ty to Syms towing. You took a very stressful situation and made it better. Your driver's were excellent..professional and got our Cadillac from Brasdor to Bridgetown with no issues. Very friendly excellent service.

I got a 10 x12 shed delivered to my yard by Jl Syms Towing. MICHAEL was the driver and one hell of a nice guy n very good at his job. He helped me to place the blocks and was very nice the whole time. I would highly recommend jl syms towing n Michael for sure. Itl be who I call next time I need something towed or moved. Thanks again for your great service.

This company has terrible customer service. The owner is rude and clearly has no authority over his employees. They think nothing of taking a vehicle from a yard without permission. The employees are as questionable as the owner.
