This bank will find any and every opportunity to charge you extra fees for their "services". This even includes them manipulating transaction dates in order for them to extract more fees from their customers. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Great customer service! Easier to go in then to use bank machine. Line up there none at the bank.

RBC should be ashamed with the quality of its telephone answering system. A simple attempt to get in touch with a specific branch by phone was a one hour process.
