“I have been an RBC customer since 1964. I have dealing with the Port Hawkesbury Branch since I moved to Cape Breton in June 2008. I have received excellent service from the staff over the years. The staff are professional and courteous. I did have less than stellar service from one staff member on one occasion, but he was moved on, or moved on. Overall, I have been completely satisfied.”
