“Friendly and helpful staff. A woman greeted me when I walked in and brought me to where I needed to go and showed me a selection of snowboots after describing what I wanted. A few minutes later another employee helped me while I was browsing at the snowboots and helped me find a pair I didn't notice (which I wound up buying) He even untied another pair as well without me asking. Was friendly throughout the interaction.
I also looked for a specific style of khakis that I only buy at Mark's however this store didn't seem to sell any which was disappointing. Besides that the sales were decent and the snowboots were actually even cheaper then the discounted sale price listed on the box.”

“I appreciate the large selection, and the kids' clothes are well sorted. The kids area could use a bit better lighting though. As a plus sized woman, I find it difficult to find much because tops are just put on plus sized racks without being separated by size (just because we're plus sized doesn't mean we're all the same size) and the bottoms and dresses were on racks with all sizes and again I don't want to have to go through everything hoping maybe I'll find something I like in my size - it would take more time than I'd like to spend. Sometimes I'm lucky and spot something quickly that happens to be my size but overall I find it very difficult to find clothing for myself. Great for the kids though.”
