Atlantic Superstore Highway 7 is a store with a typical cliche layout, featuring fresh goods, bread, seafood, meat, appetizers and Chinese food, and dairy. The pharmacy has its own hours. There are self checkouts and staffed checkouts. The store provides reasonable income for high-school students and the staff are friendly, amazing, and helpful. The selection and quality have gone up a bit with recent renovations. It carries quite a number of international items, with new foreign foods options being added. The produce section is always adapting to new customer needs, and there is a selection of organic and vegetarian options. The bakery and frozen food sections have good options. The butcher section has good sales but not often. There can be a great price on items like cooked lobster during lobster season. However, the store has a hard time balancing customer demand versus stock, especially on sale items. Selection on some things can be lacking, more because they want to push their own brand of products. It is a nice little spot to pick up things you need with far more selection than a corner store, though some items may require a trip into town.

The pick up and delivery service from this location are incredible. Extremely hard working and friendly staff that go the extra mile . 2 thumbs up.

A few years ago I wrote a bad review about this store. After the recent renovation, and now that things have settled down with the change, I can honestly say that I love this store again. I'm loving the sushi, get it every time I visit the store, hope it can last. The chef is excellent.
