“We were in Nova Scotia for a vacation and the day before we were leaving our car started making a scary noise. We called them and they said to come in and fixed the problem. Turned out it was just a loose screw and they tightened it up at no cost. This is a great customer service experience especially when we are here from far away and anything could have happened! Thanks for reassuring us our drive home wasn't going to be problematic!”
