2 years in a row I've paid them to do my taxes, then gave them part of my refund to get it the same day...2 years in a row, I get a letter saying "a keypunch error occured", and that I owe them money.
It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't know it was a lie. Jennifer is awsome, she was extra super dilligent to make sure it was keyed properly after being told there was an error last year - but lo and behold, even with a significant difference in income and donations...I owe the exact same amount. I suspect it's a software issue - but at the end of the day, the issue isn't resolved and I have no choice but to pay them money I shouldn't owe them.
