“Excellent customer service, but anything under warranty, they didn't replace on the spot, when it was clearly in stock at the store. I was given a 1-800 number and that was it. No fault of the customer service representative, not great when something needs to be replaced asap. ie. Expensive Water Taps.”

“I love it when we go up to New Glasgow and are able to get to this store. I love browsing to see new gadgets etc., lot of times the hubby has what he wants in the cart but I have to keep browsing. I can't wait until they get plants in so I can go back for them .”
