“I would like to thank the staff and Pharmacist at Pictou Pharmasave for providing top notch, lifesaving primary care on Thursday afternoon. This came directly after an allergic reaction to a wasp sting on my throat (an allergy I wasn’t aware of). I received an epi pen injection and was placed sitting up and continuously monitored until the ambulance arrived. Kudos to the entire team for keeping calm while I was trying not to panic.”

For anyone complaining about time, there is a sign on the wall at the pharmacy stating that if you need a medication pickup early on a certain day, it's recommended to call 2 (two) days in advance. This makes it easier on the pharmacy team and customers, alike.”
“Very convenient when everything else is closed, has some good sales usually. Good place to buy vitamins and other health supplements. Also if you go a few times a week chance and you like cologne/perfume you might just find a really expensive kind for 21.99. Overall have quite a variety of things from food to.pet food/treats, health products , electronics and all sorts off hygiene and beauty products”
