I want to start with - this isn’t the fault of the staff at all - they work hard and do the best they can.That being said, DO BETTER Scotiabank. It’s Cheque day and you have 1 teller open. You are constantly closing branch’s, and Send mail to be picked up in a branch that is open 11 to 3, Monday to Friday. How is any working person suppose to deal with that? I spent 45 minutes standing in line to just to have to walk out as Lunch was over. Make Hiring process better, plenty of people want to work, but they don’t want to wait 3 months for your process. DO BETTER.

The Scotia Bank in Stellarton itself is fine. I'm having a lot of issues with the actual financial institution itself, Scotiabank. So far I'm not impressed. It's been nothing but problems. I've only been with them for about a month and I'm ready to change Banks already.
