I purchased a standard refrigerator for a rental unit and requested delivery. The store requested $100 delivery which I agreed to. The store then called me to tell me they can't deliver due to the size of the fridge. They said they would need to remove the fridge door to get it into the building but didn't have the tools to do so. This is standard practice.Rather than try to make it work they decided they would rather refund the sale and make me buy the appliance elsewhere.I found this to be unprofessional and a huge waste of time.buyer beware.

The older staff that been there forever are the most helpful and friendly staff. The younger staff often look and act like they are bored. Lots of product in store, easy to find, clean store.
