I had an excellent experience with Shawn and the service team at the Kia dealership. My 2014 Kia Soul had a brake issue related to a recall, and I called early in the morning requesting urgent attention. The staff was very helpful and advised me to leave the car at the dealership for a prompt inspection.
I reached out to Service Manager Shawn regarding a loaner vehicle, and he went above and beyond to get me in within an hour. He kept in constant communication with me over the phone, explained the situation clearly, and assured me the issue would be resolved within the day—and it was.
