My 2014 Kia Soul had a brake issue related to a recall, and I called early in the morning requesting urgent attention. I reached out to Service Manager Shawn regarding a loaner vehicle, and he went above and beyond to get me in within an hour. He kept in constant communication with me over the phone, explained the situation clearly, and assured me the issue would be resolved within the day—and it was.
