They made my day!
We are on a road trip from Halifax to Newfoundland. Yesterday we noticed that our tire was clearly losing air. So after we went on the ferry tomorrow we had to take care of it today. Canadiantire and two other repair shops had already sent us away and didn't have time. The guy at reception was very straight but not unfriendly;) he took everything in quickly and 40 minutes later the car was in front of us with a repaired tire, he didn't want any money... if you could give 10 stars I would!

I was in a pinch for 4 new tires, the lady I spoke with over the phone was very nice & helpful but unfortunately ordered the wrong size after giving her the size as well as the make and model of my vehicle.
My issue is not with her or at the wrong size being ordered, my issue is with the rude ignorant man I dealt with at the desk. He told me the wrong tires were ordered and proceeded to say “well do you want them or not?” when I was taking a moment to think about what my opinions were. He then told me “I shouldn’t have waited last minute” when I mentioned my situation as a stood there with my 8 month old. We live 45 minutes away so it’s not as simple as “come back tomorrow”. There was no apology or compassion I got a “yeah, bye” and a big wave from him when I told him to just cancel the tires. I will never step foot in this place or spend a cent here after the way I was treated.
We’re all going through a lot right now and a little bit of compassion and good customer service goes a long way. ESPECIALLY when it wasn’t my mistake, it was theirs.
