I've rented a couple times from Enterprise Sydney, NS recently and not only are the rates great but the service has been even better. At this point I don't even check out other rental companies.. and no I don't know anyone there or get any kickbacks...I'm just a very pleased customer and into today's world that's not so common anymore .so shout out to Enterprise

They did not honor our reservation when we got there so we were stuck without a car for the day. We’re on a cruise so we had a very short window to drive the Cabot Trail. Luckily Budget down the street was able to help us and get us into a vehicle quickly.

Booked a car and they waited till we got off the ship to let us know it was no longer available. We only had a few hours in port and I made it impossible for us to maximize our day and do what we wanted to do

The rental car reservation for a cruise made 7 weeks earlier was canceled by email 30 minutes before the planned pickup!
Absolutely unreliable!!!

I booked the rental car months in advance to explore the island during a cruise stop. A few weeks before the appointment, I called to have the booking confirmed again and to check whether I could secure it additionally with an upgrade or something similar. I had read about short-term cancellations in several reviews.
I explained the importance and my fears to the employee and was told not to worry.
Of course, on the morning of the rental day, I received the information 1.5 hours in advance that my booking had to be canceled.
Overbooking obviously indiscriminate, absolutely unreliable.

Rented a car here for port day of cruise ship. Staff was very nice. They even gave me a ride back to cruise ship. I highly recommend this business.

The employees at Enterprise Sydney were communicative, friendly, and efficient. We were visiting from the States and they even took time to go over a map with us and recommend some stops on our visit. A great experience and highly recommended.

Enterprise in Sydney NS (Grand Lake Rd) showed complete patience and compassion while resolving my issue and even when they came up with an extremely fair resolution, they asked me if I thought that was fair enough.
