Store is very unorganized and some staff members don't have a clue what is going on. This was not just once but like 5 times so don't think will be spending my money here again. I have spent over 5 grand but that doesn't matter to them.

Very dissapointed ordered on nov 13 and delivery is still not here now nov 18 was not notified by store i was not gettin my delivery on the 14 then told the 15 and still no word on today nov 18 . You call and no one who can speak good english is who you get to deal with and tell you they cant find order and will call back . Terriable customer service and awful delivery services .

Went to Kent store in Sydney NS today to pay for windows. I was told that the order hadn’t been done up (whatever that means) and to come back tomorrow. Customer service not important to this employee LC.

Nice staff members, had to wait for someone to get another worker because he didn't know what a 19 mil wrench was. Odd for a hardware store. Friendly enough though.

My experience so far may cost me a timely reno as my installer who works as a contractor for Kent is leaving the province in days
and the product did not arrive when it was expected. Not happy at the moment and already paid for the products expecteld in full...Extremely disappointed.
