Came here to get a single page print and was charged more for 10 prints because they have a minimum order policy and when I asked why, the person gave a lame excuse ‘because we have to print it via email’. Like what other way do you think I’m supposed to send you the document for printing? Better go to YMCA or CBU library.

Placed a fairly simple order, didn't hear back for weeks. I called to get an update and they apologized and told me it would be done in a day or two. Another week and a half went by, I heard nothing. I called back, I was told someone would return my call in about an hour. 5 hours later, I called back myself only for them to tell me they won't do it. If you're looking to have something printed, save yourself the time and just call somewhere else.

I just came to take a printout of one page of document, the staff was useless and avoided supporting me when my mobile internet got into trouble. Didn’t expect such experience from such a place.

The gentleman over there is very kind and professional. He print 2 papers for me with no charge. Even help me to get some tape. I insist to pay. But he said, no worries., its just 2 papers. Highly recommended. Thank you sir. I forgot to get ur name, but u r an awesome human being. ✌
