“It’s good they follow rules. But I’m 30, I look more like an adult than a teenager. I wasn’t carrying ID, they didn’t allow me to buy liquor. I could show them ID on phone but that wasn’t allowed either and it was already 8:45 I couldn’t come back and buy as it’s not very nearby. Terrible experience. Overall staff is friendly and there’s a guy I can’t recall his name, He helps me very well with what all to try according what tastes I have. Just for that guy I’m giving one extra star. Else it was 3* to this place. P.s.- kindly accept phone Id as people might not carry ID’s everytime in their pocket.”
“I absolutely love the sydney river an sydney and Glace bay stores just been at sydney river most cuz of selection, (new waterord yikes) I haven't meet a nicer staff then the people I've meet at the sydney river location. They really care about there job an man, they don't rush you, there friendly as can be, very understanding, I cant say enough about how they made me feel like I was still a medical patient even though I had to go for recreational source with the mail delay, when I say I've been to cannabis dispensers all over Canada I mean all over martimes , legal or Grey, all over Alberta before legalization and man this store Friendliest an if they dont know, it does not take much for them to understand what you mean, they know cannabis. Legalization has gotten way better, ty to the kind staff at the sydney river locations, although only bad one was new waterford lol”
“Passport or any other identity certificate is required to buy any items from there. Cannabis are lit much expensive when compared to other cannabis shop. But the quality is too good from others.”

“Right next to the grocery store so very convenient (15 minute walk from cruise port). Very industrial modern design and clean with lots of chilled product (including singles). Staff were nice and most importantly picked up a sampler of 3 large 16oz local craft beers for only 15CAD (about $12USD). Great place!”
