Called several weeks ago, got the answering service left message about needing a new CPAP mask.NO reply, called again 2 weeks later actually talked to someone who was going to order masks for us (none in stock)....This was also 2+weeks ago again no reply....Called today, got answering service again, and was told Sydney office is closed to call Dartmouth.....Awful customer service......will be calling Dartmouth office (wonder if the service will be any better)
