Great service! My appointment was at 8 AM, and they had my car in right on time. They installed my Type R exhaust on my Civic Hatch with no issues at all. This is probably the best muffler shop around Cape Breton. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I phoned in and asked for some exhaust work on my car.
I explained the issue in detail and the response totally blew my mind.
I asked if he understood and I got this rant about how he’s been in business for 40 years and said “He understood the English language just fine!” I suggested coming in to explain my issue in more detail and his response was “ That will just waste my time and yours”
Really? Is that any way to respond to an inquiry?
I was totally polite and gave him no reason to answer with such ignorance.
Needless to say I won’t be going there for any service of any kind and I will certainly pass my very saucy interaction on to any one who will listen.
Maybe the guy was having a bad day but that is no way to treat a customer.
