Wonderful experience at Mr Tire on Prince St! All staff were polite and professional. Old tires removed and 4 new tires put on perfectly in 35 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Not a good experience at this prince Street Mr. Tire shop. Bolts are stripped, bolts are loose tires are wobbly. Had to go somewhere else to get new bolts put on and tight, now damage to vehicle due to tires not being tightened. Man at front counter was very rude to myself and other customers. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They provide a really good service, the staff is really good especially Brady. My car’s tyres got flat and I was getting late for my class but this guy Brady skipped his lunch break and fixed the tyres first. I really appreciate it!!

2.5 hrs to get 4 tires on an then I leave my truck shakes like the tires weren't balanced so they blame one tire was defected an charge me labour again

Worst company to ever deal with sent truck in to get tires sensors fix in the front tires the manager drives the truck in to bay gets out fine the other workers in an out of the truck atleast 6 times 3 being the door fully closed to get sensor light off the dash when done costed 98 dollars to change to sensors as they never had the parts to fix the ones in the tires so had to pay for new ones that's fine but when the manager get backs the truck out of shop an goes to get out he walks in an asked if I ever had problems opening my door from in side I told him no I never so I then talk to the owner of the building Glenn an tells me he's no reliable in fixing the door handle he's started yelling an cursing in front of the other customers in the building an then tells me he get one of the tire techs to pull my door apart to find out saying they are not a mechanic I told him I'll get one to pull it apart so nothing else gets broken an then as I take the broken cable in he tells me it's a 13 year old truck but that has nothing to do with it now costing me another 157 dollars that the truck in there possession at the time says that I broke it there's no way I could make it last till they got it I'd recommend never to do any business with them guys sitting there the owners has no respect for anyone personal property when they have it in there shop they break something at least be a good person an make afford in working with the customer in fixing what they broke

We showed up at 11:50 a.m. on a Saturday, and knew they were about to close at noon. Every other tire shop had closed or was not open on a Saturday. The owner and one employee volunteered to stay late and fix a tire that we had a nail in.We sincerely appreciate another business who has the same high level of customer service that we try to maintain in oursYou deserve the5 STAR rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible garage! After suffering a puncture leaving Louisbourg our RV company to us to head to Mr Tire, we arrived during their lunch break but someone still came out to quickly check the situation and take our keys.We returned after lunch and were assisted by Glenn and the team. They patched our puncture quickly and at an incredible price, no charging us for unnecessary things (usually we would have to pay for a whole tire in the UK!). Glenn was fantastic to talk to, we discussed the local area, the recent storms and what opportunities there are for people moving and we had a good laugh with him about Coronation Street.The whole team were great, super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother… we definitely recommend Mr Tire. Thank you for your help.

Cannot say enough nice things about this place! We were visiting from out of town and the night before our flight, the tire pressure light came on in our rental. We found this place after another shop recommended them and stopped by Mr Tire early in the morning. They were true gentlemen! Immediately helped us and got us on the road in time for us to make it to our flight. Thank you so much!

This is so late. Hahah I kept meaning to do this but time got away from me. We got a tire mounted by Thomas at Mr Tire in the summer, and he was super quick and kind! A great job. Then, later, after having gotten the wheel up to our car, a few events happened that had us struggling to get the wheel changed. Who should pull up but Thomas! He changed our tire for us on his LUNCH BREAK so quickly and painlessly. He saw us struggling and immediately came to our rescue. Thank you Thomas!! We definitely recommend Mr Tire, and will be taking our car there if we have issues!

Had my tire warning light go off on my way to Louisburg. I decided to turn around to get it checked to ensure I didn't get stranded. Found Mr Tire and Glenn took the car in right away. He and his team went out of their way to check each tire to ensure I didn't have a problem. After over an hour, he said everything was fine and would not accept payment for his time. Everyone was so friendly. If you need tires or service, this is the place to trust.

I went in today to have my wheels torqued and air pressure checked. Notification light was on for tire pressure, drives me crazy ????♀️I get my tires rotated and changed Seasonally here. It is always such a great experience. The staff are so knowledgable and friendly. I met Thomas today and he was amazing to say the least. I had a valve leak and 2 sensors dead. He explained to me what was wrong, what I needed to fix it. He is friendly, approachable and has a great personality for the public. I had just came from my physio app. and was going to put off going for another day.I’m so glad I didn’t. Thank you again Thomas for for making my experience so easy. I left with a smile on my face and a skip in my step. This is the place to go for the best tire service. ????
