“My mother and brother have been customers with polletts store since it all began. I moved back to CB 14 yrs ago and from day one this is my drug store. I cannot understand why ppl go to any other. The staff are truly amazing, never appearing stressed out in the busiest times, very, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, kind and you may have a charge account which is a super bonus for me. The store is well stocked, very clean and thier windows are nicely decorated. Heather at the cash is so well dressed, knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. In my opinion, Miss Mary and Gavin and his wife are like Doctors,,, they stay on top of new drugs, remedies, etc. No long wait times. Polletts meet all of my family's needs promptly. The delivery service is out standing. Bernie never fails,,, even in the worse weather conditions. After visiting our local ER dept,,, I had no other option to go to a drug store that was open until mid night. On 3 of these occasions,, I waited 2 hrs for a drug to be filled. Staff did not mind in the least showing customers the fatigue and stress they were feeling. I felt rather quilt for being there. I don't mean to write a book here, I just can't stress enough talk enough about the great staff and excellent care they provide”

“Cheapest place for groceries in town. As an example, the other day I went and noticed Kicking Horse coffee was on sale for $10. Happened to go to Superstore later in the day and noticed it was also on sale there... for $14. Before I left I noted a half dozen other things exactly the same: 20-40% more expensive. Few years back I searched non-sale prices for a random sample of staples (beans, eggs, coffee, etc.) and they were uniformly more expensive. Again, up to 40% more! This is the only place in town to shop. The photos show some comparisons for the same products. Those are from 2022 when I got mad and did the research but it holds up today.”

“This Pharmasave is located in Whitney Pier, Sydney NS! The staff are friendly and quick to help everyone that comes into their facility, which is a full function Pharmacy but they also sell a multitude of products ranging from pharmaceutical and health products to baby's needs, snacks, some food products and party supply's! They are also attached to a walk in clinic for paitiants young and old! “SAVED OUR VACATION!
The folks at Lawton's Drugs in Sydney saved our vacation, and were absolutely friendly, fabulous and super-responsive in the process. We were on a cruise, and my wife's mobility scooter basically died. I made a lucky call to Lawton's from the ship, and they were immediately on top of the situation, sent a repair tech to meet us at the ship less than an hour after docking, and fixed my wife's scooter on the spot (thankfully it just needed a battery replacement). The price was reasonable, the service was top-notch, and the great people at Lawton's helped make our vacation as great as we'd hoped. Thank you so very much! I highly recommend Lawton's Drugs.”
