Shreya Sud made me feel great about being a long time RBC customer. I'd never set foot in that branch before but she went above and beyond to help. I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and willingness to volunteer her help.

Why do I need to talk to a robot on the phone for 20 minutes just to attempt to book an appointment at an RBC branch? You should be able to just call the branch directly.
