Great people. They changed the timing belt and water-pump on my car a while ago (no issues so far so I assume they did a good job!), and, since I live very far from town, were kind enough to stay late to finish it so that I would be able to drive home.

Had my winter tires installed and an oil change. First time I've been there, but definitely not the last. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I used this service shop recently to have a snow plow installed, and I must say this shop was awesome. It was the best service I have ever experienced, the owner and mechanics were a pleasure to deal with, they went above and beyond. Really recommend this service shop.

I had a situation where I heard some grinding coming from the rear of my vehicle. Sparkes was able to get me in the very next day (I called pretty late in the day to begin with) and very likely would have had my vehicle back to me that day had the store they acquired their parts from not opened very late in the day after a second round of heavy snow. As it was I still got my vehicle repaired and back to me the following day in a timely manner and the mechanics even found another small issue that had been missed by the previous work I'd had done on the car elsewhere and were able to correct it. The men working there were also very nice, offering to give me a ride to and then back from the hotel I was staying at down the street instead of needing to call for a cab. They also let me know about a non-immediately-serious issue to keep an eye out for that I could address at a later time. Overall I thought they were absolutely great and I'd definitely recommend them if anyone is needing repairs for their vehicle.

Sparkes is a friendly, honest and reliable garage. Robbie is there to take care of you. When my daughter went to Sparkes for the first time, there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and she struggled to find a parking spot. Robbie knew she was coming and ran out to help her park her car in a safe place. She was so relieved to have his assistance. Being at a garage can be intimidating for a new driver, but Robbie made her feel comfortable and talked her through what needed to be done. Sparkes goes above and beyond with their service and workmanship and treats you like family. Highly recommend!

Been in contact with them for 3 weeks, was told to get my car towed there today and they would help. Called back today to tell them I’m going to get it towed to them and they say they have no room on the lot and not to get it towed to them. Now after all the planning and everything I have to find a new garage. Waste of time. Would not reccommend
