On two occasions l had the privilege of being served by Cass. Extremely great service and positive experience. Very personable, knowledgeable. Always had good experiences with the staff in general but this was exceptional.!!

The minute I cross the threshold I was treated to warm and friendly service - even though it was my own actions that caused my phone to stop working. The manager took my phone from me, identified the probable cause and promptly proceeded to fix it! Thank goodness customer service still lives somewhere. They saved my day - and my phone :)

Horrible customer service almost every time I try to receive assistance with any concern regarding my account. Dismissive employees who only refer you to call the client care number instead of trying to offer helpful solutions or answer any questions.

While most of the staff are absolutely amazing I had a terrible experience here the other day. The employee I dealt with with very rude with me and insinuated that I was lying.
