There is No "The Source" outlet at this location. It's in the middle of nowhere. It's in mayflower mall. Requesting the authority to fix the location.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sales Associate Corey went beyond the call of duty with telling me about phone plans to helping me sort out and adding accessories to my phone when an issue occurred with my previous service provider. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in Sydney.

Employee Colin Power is the reason my family will never return to this location. He was the most ignorant, rude, intolerable employee I've ever dealt with at that location.He felt it was okay to raise his voice and berate my mother and grandmother over knocking on his store gate.We had a quick question regarding opening time and price matching as we were in the market for an iPad.Y'all lost out on 700 dollars worth of sales because you chose to be unbelievably rude and ignorant.

This is the only place I’ll go for my electronics!! Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the staff member Colin was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about finding me exactly what I needed!! Great service, great warranties, and always a friendly atmosphere when I shop there.

Greg & his incredible staff have been absolutely phenomenal to deal with. I’ve bought more laptops, xboxs, tvs and play stations then I can count from this store with an incredible experience every single time. On top of the wonderful products they’ve sold me in store they have also sold me 11 cell phones with a plan on each and have provided me with the best rates imaginable. Everytime I work in this store I get greeted with a smile and am lucky to know all of the staff on a first name basis. Whether your looking for new upcoming tech, new cellphone, new internet (because they do that too)! Or whatever else you need I highly recommend visiting The Source Sydney!

Such a bad experience I am having with this store! Bought Iphone 13 in black friday sale for $6 per month. I am being charged $23 per month. I was assured that everything will be corrected max by 2 months. Its been 4 months already. Have visited the store N number of times. So fed up with it. Don’t feel like it will be resolved coz store associates tell me they escalated the issue and there is nothing more they can do about it. Who else can then? I have tried calling all sort of customer cares and they say only store can resolve the issue. This is the 1st phone I bought from Canada. Such a bad experience!
