“Had the loveliest experience trying on clothes. I usually really dislike clothing shopping due to improper sizing for the varying women’s shapes and sizes. This was a nice experience for me. The store associate was so pleasant and helpful, and they really supported me in finding some jeans in the current style that would fit my shapely butt and short legs (so many of the wider leg styles look so frumpy on me!). Some nice clothes in here that suit my age group as well. It can be hard to find stylish clothes for an early 40s because so many clothes are for youth or older women or for some reason there seems to be a mindset that that all women around my age just wear “mom” clothes and yoga pants. It’s bizarre. There was a lot that I wanted to buy and wish I could have purchased more but I’m on a budget. That was a lovely shopping experience. Again, I cannot stress how helpful and lovely the store associate was that was working today. She was helpful to everyone in the store and it was getting fairly busy for a small shop while I was in there. Thanks!”

“Amazing store! I went in to get my first head scarf, I was super nervous but the lady at the store was SO SWEET. She was incredibly helpful showing me around and letting me feel the fabrics before buying them. She was absolutely lovely to talk with and was super friendly.They have a huge selection of clothes and scarves and a good selection of perfumes too (the store smelled AMAZING). “Just started shopping here within the past month.I like that you can sometimes find clothing styles that are different than other stores. Some prices are ridiculous, however, I have found a red cocktail dress regularly $225 for $29 and they even ordered my size in from thier Toronto location for me to try on without commitment. I've spent about $500 here in the past month which included 4 dresses, a pair of pants and a shirt for that amount. Staff were friendly once they saw I had money, prior to that, I was ignored. Kind of like a scene from "Pretty Woman". Lol”
“We visited this store to find some shoes for my wife who has had spinal surgery and , as a legacy from accidents many years ago, finds it very difficult to get shoes that are comfortable. An employee called Anna, I hope I have correctly remembered her name, went to the ends of the earth to find something to fit. All the time she spent helping us she remained cheerful and fully engaged. w could not have had a better experience. Thankyou Anna.”

“Love the experience of this store in Halifax and in Toronto I been to many times, clean and neat staff is friendly and always doing something to keep the store looking neat and clean, shows they have pride in their job and employer. Ulike what I had seen in Deptford NJ, USA store seem only one person was cleaning up after customers and sales clerks were a hen party hanging together.”

“Lots of selections on clothes and men's women's apparel. More on the expensive but then again you pay for what you get. Lots of clearance sales on when I was there. Thought $50 for a hat was high but then I thought if I wear that hat every day for a year or so I think it's pretty sensible!”

“Last week I was walking by the stores on the top level at the mall (Halifax Shopping Centre), the stores were closed, but I glanced downstairs and saw this glittery dress through the window and thought "Wow, if I had the body"So for the past 2 years during covid, I've gained weight like many others and lost a lot of confidence in my physical appearance. I even went on a trip to USA and had 0 luck. After I finished work yesterday, I decided "Today was rough... and I deserve a little retail therapy too!" Well I hit up BBW naturally lol, but then, I had to see this glittery dress for myself.As I walked in the staff were all very inviting and I didn't get very far before multiple people offered me help, or to check for sizing as XL is a rare one. I heard the staff explain how to spell my name for the fitting room as she took my pile of dresses. (I have struggled with the motivation to spend money on myself and just felt unpretty, but to my surprise all 3 dresses I tried were amazing!)I didn't shy away from the email sign up and got the opportunity to save on the spot. I heard the staff joking with customers and doing an online order and everything was just seamless.With that being said I wasn't to personally thank the team at the store for making me valued, we all need a little recognition today! I'll be back for my birthday dress very soon! :)”
