“Ken and his team moved me 3 years ago and went above and beyond so of course I booked with them again. And yet again the service was fantastic! The team was friendly, hard working, so fast, and made everything flow so perfectly. They protected all my items and placed everything in the rooms for me. We had a lot of heavy stuff to move and they did it all with smiles on their faces! My daughter’s crib didn’t fit through her bedroom door and they happily removed the door put the crib in and put the door back up, any hiccup they made go so smoothly. All I can say is wow! “I needed to have my stuff on at truck just one week after I initially called North American Van Lines and they made it happen! The movers were fast and efficient, and though they were a bit behind on the day of loading, they kept me informed which is all I can really ask for. My stuff arrived at my new place 2000 km away just one week later, completely intact. Unloading was again professional and quick, and the documentation made me feel very secure. I was kept well-informed through the entire process and the quoted cost was the real cost as well -- there were no hidden fees or anything like that. I will use them again!”
