These guys are fantastic! Our MB broke down in Truro (starter fried) and Scott, the owner, went above and beyond to squize us in when he was in short staff. Not only he looked into all the options but also ensured that he was informing with a few calls on how things are progressing. His wife even gave us a ride to the hotel. The car was fixed shortly after the part arrived and we went on our way. Just an amazing family that cares. Thank you, guys!

Beware!! I bought my daughter a car, It was an import (VW). I saw that they worked on them and decided to take it to them as the heater wasn't working. I took it in there, told them I wanted it safe for my daughter. It also had a small drip leak in one of the valve cover gaskets, so I asked them to replace this at the same time. I told them that I had already bled the system, so it wasn't air in the lines. They called me a few weeks later when they had the time to look at it, telling me that they did the valve cover gaskets, and bled the heating system but it still didn't have heat. I had already bled the system myself... The bill was 600+ dollars and all they did was what I already had done. I figured what the hell, Im going to get it out of there and take it to someone who knows what they are doing with Volkswagons. I went and picked it up with my daughter she was going to drive it, and I was going to drive my car back home, but the windshield was all frozen on the inside, so I decided to give her my car to drive and I scraped off the windshield and drove the VW. Its a good thing as the car caught fire just before I got it to my driveway. I jumped out of the car, and popped the hood to find the engine compartment in flames. I put it out and called them, they said they were sending a tow truck. The tow truck arrived and took the car away. As I didn't trust them at all now, I went over there and watched while they looked the car over. They immediately said it wasn't their fault, but "Don't worry, the owner spent a long time building a reputation for honest and fair treatment of customers" They basically said we would be looking after it. A very quick look on the internet told me that there is a very very common reason why the valve cover gaskets go on these cars, and that whenever they are done the root cause also has to be taken care of or another more serious failure will occur. This is what happened here. They replaced the gasket, but the problem was pressure from the PCV system, which was clogged causing the gasket to go, when they fixed it, and didn't even bother to check the engine pressure. When I drove it out of there, it blew a cam seal plug from the back of the engine, causing the engine oil to spew out the back of the engine all over the exhaust system causing the fire. I went to pick up the car today, they charged me for the second repair, and then told me that the other side cam seal plug was now leaking, but it "should be fine". I got my car home to find it smoking again. I am out almost 800 bucks, still have no heat, am being told its my fault, not theirs and I now have to take it to someone who knows that they are doing. Do not take your vehicle here, unless you want to put your family in harms way.
