The staff at the mobile shop was super helpful and friendly in changing my plan, keeping my phone number, replacing my sd card, and cancelling my old one with bell. If you need to change plans in Truro, this is a great place to do it.”
“After a very very discouraging situation with a new line purchased by Fido's phone sales representatives, we were finally able to pick a sim for it today, drove all the way down from Antigonish only to get this fixed, and the representative "Alex" I believe (says on the agreement), on Nov 15th, right counter, she was super helpful, addressed that we were being charged with a "shipping fee" that wasn't even supposed to be there, gave us a sim card, explained the process, very very helpful experience.”
