I had an amazing experience dealing with Jen Landers at Stuart Kia. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make communication quick and efficient. I wasn't overly happy about the price for my trade, but the price on the vehicle I was purchasing was more than fair. Thank you for helping me get a great car at a great value!

Warning!!!! beware of there service department they have no one answer phones also had my car in there for week.my car had working brakes and now It doesnt and there estimated are off by mile from being $400 to $3000 and his excuse was it’s a older car has rust what the ??we learned the hard way on a good note the car will be fixed for half the price that’s included the brake lines they broke 🤬

Had a great experience at Stuart Kia in Truro. I dealt with Jen Landers in sales who made my experience very pleasant and easy. Anthony Landers was also great to deal with even though he wouldn't budge on the price. Lol To be fair though the price was very fair. The suv was mint and well worth the asking price. I wasn't leaving without it! 😁 I absolutely love driving my Kia Sportage X-Line, it drives like a dream. I highly recommend this dealership and thanks again for the excellent customer service, John W

Have been a service customer for eight years. Excellent service staff are friendly and very accommodating. Purchased a pre owned vehicle and were treated like royalty. So wonderful to see that there is still a business that appreciates customer loyalty.

Exceptional service ! Faye went above and beyond when we towed our broken down van to the dealership on the August long weekend. They stayed open late to accommodate us, and expressed our car parts in order to get us home before the end of our trip. Forever grateful for their hardworking staff

This shop held my car for two weeks, and today, they told me that they couldn't fix it. Besides, they left it unlocked during the long weekend of Victoria Day, and it was stolen. I missed Cash, sunglasses, gift cards, a hunting knife, and my ID. They don't even have security cameras. They don't care about my loss. Please DON'T go there: it's not SAFE and no PROFESSIONAL at ALL. Take a look at the photo of my car in May, 19th when I found it unlocked in their parking lot. ZERO START.
Update: Truro Police told me that the person who stole my items is working in this garage. They finally found the fingerprints

While having routine service at another (non-KIA) dealership, their tech advised me that my radiator and rear trailing arm bushings needed to be replaced. I contacted Stuart KIA, they examined the vehicle and showed me photos of the faulty parts. There was a 2 week wait as this was covered under extended warranty, but the work done by technician Rachel was fantastic. Faye was equally great coordinating everything, and I found the atmosphere to be welcoming. Based on my service experience with Stuart KIA, I would recommend them.

This is the first review I have ever sent, I am not the type to send reviews but this one really was disappointing. I Called about a Kia Rio that I found on auto trader and after I drove from Dartmouth and after a test drive the salesman informed us that the car is now $2700.00 more than advertised as it apparently was suddenly Kia certified. It would have been nice to know that before we drove from Dartmouth to Truro. As far as I am concerned they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend buying from a dealership like this.

Service department lacks in customer service. From out of province and had some troubles with my car. Had my car towed there and it was there for 4 days and they only ran a diagnostic and was told it be a week or two before any work could be completed on my vehicle. Which being from out of province is unacceptable when needing to get back home. Had to get my car towed to another dealership and had my car back in less than 3 days.

I went to Kia Monday on the advice of a friend.I was totally impressed with the service I received.Kyle was extremly helpful,polite,and I felt no pressure.He explained everything about the car I was interested in. Kyle and Anthony made the transaction stress free.Stuart and staff are #1 and I recomment this dealership .Thank you very much and I love my new car.
