I spent an entire day waiting for instalment of a trailer hitch U-Haul Contract 80384520 and finally the mechanic gave up without success and sent me 200 km home. They never got back to me for another trial or new hitch order. So I asked a lokal car shop in Cape Breton and they installed the same receiver for $60 with no issues.

This location was good and it was clean. The staff were friendly, but alas U-Haul let me down again. Fortunately the girls in Truro took care of me and they were able to get a truck for me for a short term rental

Uhaul is a wonderful stress free way to move to storage and not have to worry after. I used Uhaul in Truro for 11 months. You've got full access, can come and go as pleases and it's safe and secure. Thank Uhaul!!

Super experience renting a van from U-Haul Truro. We were unable to find a remtal car for our NS holiday so checked out U-Haul options. There was a van available so we booked it! Darrin was excellent when we picked up the van and when we dropped it off. He is knowledgeable, service oriented and made the process very easy for us. Would definitely recommend Truro U-Haul. Also, a very nice and clean service area, no clutter. Thanks for the positive experience.

Extremely busy and only one staff. Waited in a lineup for 35 mins to find out they had no truck available. The girl working was very pleasant, not her fault. Uhaul needs to hire some more staff.

The girls in the Truro Uhaul are awesome! So helpful and sweet. I forgot my wallet at home and only had so much change. They helped get as many boxes as I could and even a box from the used return section. A+ customer service with a smile. The girls working the day shift today are the best ??

Very friendly and helpful! I was having trouble with my trailer lights and they were able to get me in right away and got me all fixed up and ready to go for the weekend. Highly recommend.
