Horrible experience ftom start to finish. He used very low quality parts. The new headlight he put in is old dim and yellow. The rubber seal under the hood is protruding out and uneven all the way around. He used the old one I think. The windshield fluid was leaking out within a day, so I brought it back to him, he supposedly fixed it but now the light indicator won’t go off anymore. I didn’t want to sign off the insurance cheque but he promised that when he came back from vacation he would fix all these things. He did not. He got his cheque and didn’t complete the job. He has ZERO INTEGRITY. He also refused to provide me or my insurance company with a breakdown of what he charged us for parts and labour. He goes by the estimate the insurance company produces BEFORE a repair. Once it’s been repaired he should know exactly how much each part cost and how much time was spent repairing it. But he refuses, this is not an honest way to do business. Go ANYWHERE else. He reminds me a snake oil salesman from the 1800-1900’s. Avoid this place is my advice.

I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze to Bonin’s for some body work on the right 1/4 panel and right rear door - I scraped along side a concrete post in a very narrow parking garage. The quotes I got in the city were astronomical and after checking reviews I decided to try Bonin’s. They did a phenomenal job! Quality work at an excellent price. Customer service was exceptional and so kind. Would recommend to anyone who needs any body work done!

Tom Bonin did a great job repairing the rust that had developed on 3 of the 4 fenders of my 2007 Lexus 405h. He was able to fit the work into his busy schedule for my summer trip. He kept me up to date while my vehicle was in his shop and only let me pick it up once he was fully satisfied with the results. I was extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitation recommending the work of this business.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Tom is amazing. I took my car out after speaking to a few other auto body folks and he was kind, respectful and happy to help. He quoted me a price on the spot and gave me a date to come back to do the work. Tom went over and above on the repair but stuck to the quoted price because that's what he said it would cost. I couldn't convince him otherwise and you don't find integrity like this much anymore. I'll surely be bringing more business his way.Services: Auto body & trim repair

I was nervous because I read a couple reviews that said the paint job didn’t quite match, but then I spoke with locals who all had really solid experiences with Tom. Anyway, I went with advice of Friends I trust and I couldn’t be happier. First of all he’s a lovely human being—both him and his team went out of their way to make this process easy and the workmanship was impeccable—not to mention fairly priced.
