The pharmacy was very helpful and the prescription was ready, with no line up. They explained the side effects of the pills, so we were prepared, ahead of time.

Have had a few negative experiences with rude staff answering the phone in the pharmacy. Pharmacists have been great but the assistants who initially answer the phone have been rather rude and unhelpful.

If this store has, what seems like the majority of the communities prescription business, why can’t they have more staff on hand? I am so sick of the perpetual 1 hour wait in line when I have to pick up prescriptions.

I am writing to inform the public to beware when shopping at Lawtons.To begin I would like to say the pharmacy is fine and I have always received excellent service there. My issue is with the store portion. I purchased an item and as I was leaving the cashier asked "Do you want your receipt?" I said no and left. When I got in the car I realized I had purchased the wrong item so no more than 3 minutes later I went back in to get a refund. They would not refund the purchase without a receipt and I said I was just in. I asked the cashier to find the receipt and he said he tore it up and could not find it! I was not pleased and left but be forewarned no matter how insignificant the purchase, take your receipt!! I believe they should give you the receipt without asking if they are going to be that rigid regarding refunds.

I just wanted to compliment the Pharmacy Manager, James Gray. He is doing a outstanding job! I have had my prescriptions filled by him many times. He is always so polite, well-spoken and professional. Even, when the pharmacy is swamped with customers and prescriptions to fill, I have noticed this manager remains calm and friendly. Being recently retired from the Public Service I know that working with the general public is not always a pleasant experience. This Pharmacy has come to be a very busy location with a high senior population. It is not hard to tell that this Pharmacy Team is doing "more with less". Thank you for all your hard work. I do acknowledge that your job is not a easy one. Your "Customer Service Skills" are excellent! Sheila Maskell
