Booked an appointment to get a suspicious rash looked at for Lyme disease. I received confirmation by email. Once there, no one was aware of the appointment. When finally a pharmacist was available. He looked at my rash and since it was not a typical bulls eye/ target looking one to his opinion, like he showed me an image of on his computer (which I had already seen a dozen of time) , he immediately discarded the tick bite and diagnosed me with ring worm. The things is he had no clue that tick bites can vary in looks. Plus, I knew I was stung because there ‘s a small poke in the centre of the rash, therefore not ring worm. This pharmacist did not represent competency to my eyes. I did not learn anything new and was hoping for more than what I can see myself online. What a waste of my time. In addition, other than the young female assistant , the other 2 male staff were not friendly and did not make me feel welcomed. Will not go back and I dont recommend.

Getting all my prescriptions at this location for the last 4 years with great customer service with the whole Pharmacy team, but unfortunately it’s not the same great customer service since new pharmacists , and assistants have began working there. Both myself, and my husband’s prescriptions were not ready after being called in a week in advance with absolutely no apologies or reasoning why. We are now in the process of having all our prescriptions transferred to another Superstore to have our prescriptions looked after with better customer service.

Pharmacy assistant was very rude and snippy, snarky comebacks when explaining how to spell a name and had zero respect or care in the world for having any sort of friendly behaviour. Deborah, pharmacy assistant. Was not pleased.

This pharmacy is one of kind. The ladies working there are true team striving to deliver the prescription usually within half hour. They very friendly, approachable and genuinely nice. All of them. Professional and helpful with advice. It is my pharmacy for years and I am going to stay with them. Wishing Tylor who became manager all the best.

Taylor gave me the most gentle flu shot. Very pleasant and efficient. Truly felt like she cared about me as a person.

Prescriptions put in plastic bags,several bottles and few controlled pills missing out of script.Never that store again.Been loblaw cutomer long time have cards... Very poor service store.

Their lady pharmacist was very informative and kind. I would recommend it to anyone, who isn't a really early bird, as they open at 9. As it's located in the grocery store, which is already open, you can grab a few things if there's a wait.
