I booked an appointment to use the dog bath as I do every month. There was no conditioner available, so I brought it to the staffs attention. She mentioned someone stole this product and a new container is on
order. That’s great but doesn’t fix my current situation. Instead of taking a bottle off the shelf I left an unhappy and disappointed customer. I purchase all my dog treats and food from this location. It makes me sad they don’t value their customers. I booked an appointment with PetSmart for a full groom and will be purchasing my dog food from them in the future.

Adopted kittens in Oct and this was location for pickup. Found staff very loving to their charges. Also provided great advice for caring for our new furbabies.

Danielle and her team were great. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Everything clean and well organized. Would totally recommend the store.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a fish 7 days ago and it died. They would not replace fish or let me return the $75 worth of supplies I purchased for said fish. The lady basically told me there was nothing she could do and once product leaves the store, it's not their responsibility? I've had beta fish that have lasted years, never had one die after 7 days and also never paid as much as $17.99 for a beta fish in my life. I am so upset with the treatment I received from this location. I used to frequent this location up until about 2 years ago and stopped spending my money there because of the poor service I received then I finally decided I would give them another chance and this happens...I will never return and I do not recommend. I suggest to anyone in this area to spend their money at Growlies. Excellent customer service and staff is very educated on products.

Pet value is greatIf your dog or cat doesn't like their food, you can return it! As long as it's more than half full and within 30 days ... makes sense. And they donate it to a shelter. ( Well, that's what my local one does) I love that. And I find they're always quit helpful

I love Pet Valu, and this store has great products, but have shopped here 3 times and have complained about the loud music each time. It's so loud that I couldn't hear the staff . The last 2 times have asked them to turn the music down, but now it's the same loud level when going into the store. Is there an emoloyee who loves loud country music?? So inappropriate for a store. I don't think that I can continue to shop here.
